Franny Minervini-Zick has been teaching young children for 33 years.  She holds a Specialist's Credential in Early Childhood Education, as well as a Community College Credential.  She has been teaching Child Development Classes at SRJC.  Franny developed her special preschool program when her daughter, Maggie, 27, was a baby.  Her daughter, Zoe, is 22.  Franny also teaches parenting classes and facilitates workshops on Democratic Family Principles, Valuing Diversity, and Preteen Girls' groups.  She is also a docent for the Laguna de Santa Rosa.

Tara Henteleff has been working with preschool age children for over six years.  She holds a M.A. in Early Childhood Education and has been teaching in the area for the last 4 years.  Tara taught at Tree House Hollow for 2 years prior to its temporary break in operations.  Since then she has taught garden at Salmon Creek Elementary School and taught at Childkind Preschool.  Tara is currently working on a Program Director Permit from the Sonoma County Office of Education. She is a docent for the Laguna de Santa Rosa Foundation.
